We’ve teamed up with Disney Interactive Studios to celebrate the launch of the thrilling new racing game, Split/Second: Velocity which is released on 21st May on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC!

Set within the world of a hyper-competitive reality television show, race to be the first across the finish line in a setting fit for an action-packed blockbuster film.

In Split/Second: Velocity you don’t just smash into other cars to knock them off the track, you can trigger explosions to wreck your rivals and change the course of the race. You must use strategy and pinpoint timing to derail opponents, and create entirely new routes to get to the finish line quicker. Hurtle down the street as buildings explode and crash down around you, wiping out your opponents!

Disney Interactive Studios is giving you the chance to win your very own awesome Split/Second: Velocity driving experience! As well as bagging an Xbox 360 and copy of the game, you’ll be taking to the track to actually drive a Ferrari! Yes a Ferrari!!

The Rules
  1. Entries must reach us by Monday 7th June at 5pm GMT, at which point the winners will be randomly selected and notified.
  2. This competition is open to UK residents only.
  3. No cash alternatives to any of the prizes will be offered.
  4. Competitions are open to all readers and visitors of the website other than employees of participating companies and their immediate familes.
  5. The judge's decision is final and no correspondance will be entered into.
  6. Please obtain permission from a parent or guardian before sending in your entry.
  7. No proof of purchase is necessary, just send your entry, along with your name and address to Split/Second Competition, Megaton Magazine, 55 Gunterstone Road, London W14 9BS or email to [email protected].
  8. The editor’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  9. Participant Guidelines: Minimum height is 4’10’’ and maximum is 6’4’’. Maximum weight is 17 stone. Minimum age is 12, maximum is 16 and all participants must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
  10. For a list of winners, please send a stamped addressed envelope marked “Megaton Online Competition Winners” to Megaton Magazine at the address below.
  11. Weather: Driving may be cancelled or curtailed in extreme weather conditions (eg. ice or heavy rain) which would make driving at speed dangerous. You will be contacted if the experience is cancelled for any reason.
  12. Spectators: Parents or guardians must remain on site during the whole experience and other spectators are welcome. Children must be closely supervised and no dogs are permitted. Circuits have catering facilities on site.
