Prepare to travel to the blocky fantasy world of 3D Dot Game Heroes! It might look like an old 8-bit game, but it’s actually a 3D adventure, packed with tons of cool action. Get questing!
The land of Dotnia has fallen under the spell of an evil wizard who’s using the power of a Dark Orb to take over the kingdom! Select a unique hero to play as and prepare to save the day. Travel the magical realm to locate six sages and six orbs hidden in six temples. There are also cool side quests to tackle, too! All characters are armed with a sword and shield, but you can also pick up other items and use magic!
Make your own hero!
The game lets you customise your main character or even create an all-new one. You can transfer your blocky creation to a USB stick and email it to your mates. They can then copy it to their PS3 and play with your character!Use the right tools!
Upgrade your sword at the blacksmith’s and you’ll soon be able to perform the wicked Spin Slash move. It takes out loads of enemies! If you’re running low on health, or there are too many bad guys, bring up your shield to defend from enemy attacks! Defeated enemies drop all sorts of cool items, from shiny coins and yummy apples to magical potions and keys. Grab ’em all!Wicked Weapons!
You start the game with a basic sword, and upgrade it to make it more powerful! Check out some of the game’s other cool weapons:
Boomerang: Use this to temporarily stun enemies and activate switches that are out of reach.
Bomb: Drop a bomb and run out of the way. It can take out enemies and clear a path for you!
Arrows: Once you have the bow, fire off arrows to take out bad guys from a distance or flying enemies.
