Just like the first Raging Blast game, this is a fast and furious fighting game. You'll need speedy fingers and superhuman reactions to take down your opponent, and the quicker you master the combos the better!
If you find that your attacks just aren't beefy enough, try using the new Raging Soul feature. When activated, this sends all your attacks and abilities into overdrive! Great for taking down an opponent, but pretty scary when you're on the receiving end!
Also included on the disc is an exclusive episode of the cartoon, Plan to Eradicate the Super Saiyans. You don't have to unlock it - you can watch it as soon as you put the game in your console, but you'll earn a special character if you watch it all the way through. Ooh, thanks!
Here we Goku again! Dragon Ball Raging Blast 2 brings back all your favourite characters, plus some who have never been invited to the videogame party before, and lets them wallop the bananas out of each other in a series of spectacular battles. Ding ding, round one!
Every character has their own unique attacks and transformations, just like the epic TV show. You can also use Pursuit Attacks, which let you punch and kick your sorry opponent all the way across the map! There are more than 90 characters to try, and twenty of those are new to Raging Blast. Better set aside some free time!
Raging Blast 2 looks fantastic, and the action packed fighting is as cool and eye-popping as anything from the anime series. It's just a shame that new players might find it a bit tough to master the complicated combat systems, while old players will struggle to find much that's new from the previous game. It's good fun, but we can't help thinking that maybe it's time for the series to offer something more than just versus fighting.
