MotoGP 10/11

Review!!

Don't come to the Moto GP series if you want a knockabout arcade racer. This is a game for serious gearheads, and the bikes handle just like the real thing. You'll need to master the art of braking into corners then speeding out the other side, or you'll be crunching into the ground at every turn!
You can create your own racer and take them through the real life 2011 Moto GP championship, or practice your skills in time trials and challenge modes. There's even an option to play with a friend as your team mate in the local co-op career. It's really cool knowing that you're both racing on the same side.
If you prefer more competitive action, jump online for 20-player races where only the best will win. Playing against other players online can sometimes be easier as well, because they'll make mistakes that the tougher computer racers won't. Doh!

Racing cars? Pah! That's for softies! Motorbikes are what the real tough nuts choose for their high speed thrill-seeking. Just you, a helmet, the handlebars and rock hard tarmac whizzing past your knees at 200mph! Ready to race? Let's go!
Can't get the hang of it? Don't panic! You can use loads of "player assists" to help you with the tricky stuff like cornering and braking. Once you're more confident, you can go for a full simulation and really see what you can do!
Moto GP is a really good motorbike racing game, but it's really only suited to big fans of the real sport and racers who don't mind working their way slowly up the ranks. If you're more into the Need for Speed and Burnout style racers, this will probably drive you nuts. If you take biking seriously, you'll love it.
