Hidden Routes!
Hidden Route 1
The Ghost House on World 3 contains a secret exit that leads to a cannon on the World Map, which will blast you to World 6!
Step 1
When you reach the room with the rope running along the ceiling, follow the rope so you're just above the left-most position of the first moving platform.
Step 2
Now wait for it to move away and drop off the rope. Don't worry, you'll hand in a hidden area below, containing a door. Now just follow the rest of the level to the secret flag pole!
Hidden Route 2
The Ghost House on World 4 conceals another route which sends you straight towards the world's final castle. You can also visit a Gold Toad House along the way!
Step 1
Head to the Ghost House's second room, where you'll find the raising and lowering platforms.
Step 2
When you reach the one just below an item box, wait for it to drop completely, revealing a hidden door. Head on through then proceed through the last door of the area to find the secret flag pole!
