TRON: Evolution is set between the two movies, and helps to explain what has changed in the digital world in the last thirty or so years. Thankfully, the computer world is still populated by "programs" who take part in deadly games using flying discs, and race on superfast light cycles, so you can expect some wicked action!
If you enjoy battling rogue programs and taking part in dazzling vehicle combat in the story, you can also look forward to tackling your mates in the multiplayer modes.
The vehicles all leave behind a solid wall of light, and crashing into them means instant death - or "de-rezzing" in the language of the computer world. As well as bikes you'll be able to race cars and even tanks!
TRON: Evolution is based on the upcoming movie, TRON Legacy, which opens this Christmas. It's a sequel to a classic 1982 sci-fi flick about a games designer who gets zapped into his own computer world. In this follow-up, his son follows him into the game world to find out why his Dad vanished all those years ago!
If you like the look of TRON, you can dip into the series past on Xbox Live Arcade. There you'll find a version of the classic Discs of TRON arcade game. Be warned - it's very, very, very tough!
Look out for TRON: Evolution just before Christmas. The movie comes out on Boxing Day in eye-popping digital 3D.
