FIFA 11

First Look!!

One of the big additions for 2011 is something called Personality+. EA Sports has used 1700 football experts from around the world to put together a database of individual playing styles for the world's leading players. This means that when you see Rooney steaming towards the goal, or Chiellini on defence, they'll move and behave just like they would in real life, not just game characters with famous faces. Pretty clever, eh?

Wii in the street!

The Wii is getting its very own version of the game, with a new and improved "attacker vs defender" system as well as more accurate shooting controls. You'll also be able to play games in indoor arenas, as well as take your favourite players off the fancy pitches and put them in 5-a-side street matches. Cool.

Kick Off!

As summer draws to a close, it's time to start getting excited about this year's FIFA game again. This year sounds like it'll be an absolute stonker, with some amazing new features added to this classic footy game. Check it out!
Come on, Kaka! Put some life into it! Or at least pretend you're not reading it off a card!
PS3 and 360 owners can put their own personal stamp on the game by using the EA Sports Creation Centre. This nifty website lets you create your own players and teams, complete with custom designed kits and home stadium. You'll be able to import your team into the game, and share them with other players. Look out for our team, the all-bald Slapheads United!

FIFA 11 comes out at the beginning of October on absolutely every console and computer you can think of. Apart from that one. Don't be so silly.
