Don't think that just because you're on the water that the racing is going to be wet and wimpy. This is the craziest racing game we've played in ages, and it's fast enough to make your teeth rattle! You'll be barging your way past the other racers, but also smashing through barriers, making terrifying 800 foot drops and racing in some of the weirdest places you'll ever see!
This isn't a game you'll get tired of, either. Each course has loads of secret short cuts and hidden tokens to collect, while there are three game modes to test your skills. As well as normal races against fifteen opponents, you can race against the clock, hitting slalom markers in Ring Master, while Gauntlet fills the course with exploding barrels! And, of course, you can play against your friends and others over Xbox Live. The game even shows your mates best times for each course under the timer, so you've always got someone to beat!
Hydro Thunder Hurricane is out now, exclusively on Xbox Live Arcade for 1200 Points. Racing fans should definitely give it a try. Just make sure you have some towels ready!

You won't believe some of the crazy obstacles that pop up in this game. Giant Vikings smash their hammers into the water to make waves! Sea monsters jump out at you! You'll even get teleported to an alien world and race under UFOs! There are eight courses, and each one is like the wildest water ride at the world's greatest theme park! You might even start to feel seasick if you're not careful!
There are some really cool boats to unlock, but it's the water effects that'll knock your socks off. The water rolls and dips just like real waves, and you'll probably spend as much time in the air as you do on the water! Sometimes this means you can get knocked off course, which is frustrating, but the game is so completely fun and crazy that you won't mind too much.
