The game follows the plot of the movie, and finds you exploring the forest, helping other characters with bonus quests and taking part in minigames. You'll jump, swing, climb and fight as you make your way through the tale.
Flynn can detect buried treasure! When a question mark appears over his head, that means there's a chest nearby. Walk slowly until you find it, then waggle the remote to dig it up. Twirl Rapunzel's hair to grow nearby flowers. Grow all the flowers in each area to earn bonus sketches. You can then use them as stickers on posters in the game!
Rapunzel's pet chameleon, Pascal, will pop up to point you in the right direction if you're not sure where to go next!
Help Rapunzel and Flynn on their hair-raising adventure to escape from the wicked witch Gothel in the official game of the hit Disney movie. Use Rapunzel's long hair to swing across gaps or pull Flynn up to higher levels! Use Flynn's sword to battle enemies and smash obstacles! Collect sketches, paints, coins and sundrops to ace every level!
The minigames range from goat races to making bandits dance! They're OK the first time you play them in the story, but there's no reason to go back and replay them later.
Tangled isn't the best movie game you'll ever play, but it's not the worst either. There's a lot to do, but a lot of it is quite boring, and the game is never as funny as the movie. Give it a go if you like the film, but don't expect anything amazing!
