Pac's Back!
Did you know Pac-Man is one of the oldest and most recognisable games characters in the world? This year is his 30th anniversary, and he's celebrating by throwing a party! Guess what? You're not invited! Nah, just kidding. Of course you're invited. We all are! Just don't eat all the Pringles.
There are 45 minigames to choose from, and you can get a sneak preview of some of them by watching the vids on this page. There'll be familiar sports-based challenges like races, baseball, bowling, tennis and snooker. There'll also be some weirder activities, like catapulting fruit onto a giant cake or balancing ice cream cones!
Catch the chicks!
As a cheeky little bonus, there will also be a Classic Mode where you can play authentic versions of vintage Namco arcade games, including the original Pac-Man from 1980.
If you've ever played one of the Mario Party games then you'll know what to expect. You move your character around the game board, playing mini-games depending on which square you land on. You'll be earning points as you go, hoping to beat the other players. Simple!
Pac-Man BBQ Kebabs!
There are three modes of play. The Story Mode takes you through all the different game boards and introduces you to the different characters. Mini-Game Mode lets you jump straight to whatever game you want to play. Party Mode is where the meat of the game will be found. Here you use your points to buy and upgrade squares on the game board, a bit like Monopoly. You'll also be able to use Power Cookies to increase your character's size to help you win some of the challenges.
